Someone once told me that Gino Hernandez only wrestled in Houston.

He actually spent a considerable amount of time there; however, he was in other territories

He spent some time in the Detroit area for The Sheik.  He won the U.S. Title from Don Kent in his first match.  He was given a monster push but never got over.  I was not impressed.

Gino wrestled Johnny Rodz in the WWF. I remember it from the Apter mags.

Gino worked for Salvador Lutteroth's EMLL debuting at Arena Mexico in September of
1975 during their anniversary week. He stayed there for a good three or four months working around the country.
