I am curious in the 1980's especially stations that carried multiple wrestling shows on a UHF channle. I'm just curious to hear what did Channel 20 in Detroit carry on their station from the lat 1970's to to the end of the 1980's?

I know that Bruiser Bedlam appeared on Sunday mornings around 1986/87.

My minds gone.....I think this was the show out of Walled Lake with Lord Layton as commentor...don't hold me to it but I think this is the show that started on CKLW and moved to WXON. It was the show on Channel 50 that moved to Channel 62......which helped killed the promotion. You could see Channel 50 clear to Toledo.....there were parts of Detroit were you couldn't get Channel 62.
thanks....

I remember the shows that were shot in the Channel 62 TV studio, you could see "The Scene" sign hanging up in the rafters. "The Scene" was the local Soul-Train knockoff that aired I think in the 70s.
I wish I could go back in time and somehow get my hands on a VCR to see all those old shows. They used to hype the shows in the "beautiful air conditioned Cobo Arena" so well.
