The Fed always made it seem like every wrestler not working for them was just entering the business.  When they wanted someone to get over quickly and place emhasis on the fact that they were a champion when they arrived, they brought him in with a belt.  Never mind the title, where he won it or how long he had it.

Wasn't Little Beaver billed as Midget Champion in the early '70s or late '60s?

I remember Frenchy Lamont billed as Midget Champion mid to late 70s. Specifically recall Monsoon in either a promo or guest commentary putting over how strong he was.
