I got done reading the Bruce Hart autobiography a couple of weeks ago. I read the Bret Hart book a couple of years ago.
To hear Bret tell it, Bruce was the worst booker ever. Bruce of course had a different opinion of himself and Bret. Its probably somewhere in the middle I know but, with the understanding that my BS meter is not very reliable at times, I was wondering if those of you that have seen the old Stampede tapings could comment on who your favorite booker or your favorite time period for the promotion.
I go looking around on youtube to even try to find Bruce Hart matches and its not very easy to find any of his work. Seems like the Bad Kompany concept was kinda cool. I was just curious about the over all opinion on Bruce, Stampede booking and just the show in general. It always looked cool to me but I grew up in the south and never truly got to experience what they brought to the table. I look forward to any responses.
