Would you be referring to WWF uber-fan Vladimir? He's rather built with a light complexion and was always at the MSG shows. If you're looking at the MSG ring from the usual TV view, he was usually sitting in the front row (far side of the ring) around the right ring-post. He got involved in the action during a Roddy Piper/Bobby Heenan segment in late 1986.

I think he was even at an ECW show at the Manhattan Center in 2006! The guys' committed (or maybe needs to be)!

If this is the correct guy, you should check out WCW's Halloween Havoc 1992. I think it was in Baltimore or Philadelphia. Anyways, Vladimir traveled down to the event and sat right next to the (not yet famous) ECW Straw Hat Guy! They sorta' did a "team-up" and can be seen gabbing with, and high-fiving, each other.

Yes, that's the guy we've all seen a million times! He's black, but lighter skin tone and looks quite ripped - almost mulatto. He always wore glasses and usually had a big smile for the camera (clearly he LOVED being there), and on occasion from around the 1991 shows up, he has what I assume to be his son with him. He was most frequently spotted at New York shows - primarily MSG, and later you could often see him at the Manhattan Center for RAW. He was literally ALWAYS in the front row and many of the wrestlers would acknowledge him. He'd start being seen at ECW events eventually too - mostly on their PPV programming and events held at The Elk's Lodge. He'd usually be near 'Straw Hat Guy', 'Long Black Hair, Black Vest Rob Zombie-ish Sunglasses Dude', and 'Short, Chunky Dark Haired Bandana Man' (you guys know the fellas I'm describing here I'm sure).

Does anyone remember the dark haired fat kid with the bowl cut that was at seemingly every single WWF ppv in the 1990's? He seemed to always get on camera too.

I liked that goofy middle aged guy that would hold up cheesy signs like "Junk Yard Dog" at the Poughkeepsie TV Tapings.
...and before that, I liked the big fat guy who looked like a young, young Haystacks Calhoun sitting with an old guy with a farming hat on from the Allentown tapings.

Is this the guy the original poster was talking about?

If not there is another guy (who can be seen in the background) who was at alot of the shows named Blackjack Brown (always had a baseball hat on backwards) who used to have a wrestling article in one of the Chicago papers(Sun Times possibly, I can't remember) for years and years. He also took pictures.

Vladimir now goes by the name of Ron Emanuel and I believe is a high ranking official in the Obama Administration.

Ok speaking of super fans who in the heck was the guy who always portrayed Hogan.  He was at every single big event that Hogan was involved with and when he went to WCW this guy followed as well.  When Hogan turned Hollywood so did this guy.  Who in the heck is he?  I know in the more modern era there is the guy that the WWE wrestlers refer to as "Sign Guy" he pretty much travels with them and always has a creative sign to hold up.  I won't go into his story but it is pretty fascinating to say the least.

The guy in the picture is definetly the guy. And I remember the Hogan guy. There was also another one that looked exactly like Hogan only skinnier.

Yeah the black guy is Vladimer, I remember that Hogan goof, he was the one crying when Hogan dropped the belt to Taker after Flair slid the chair in the ring so taker could tombstone him on it.

I have it on tape when Heenan and Orndorff insulted Vladimier, I think Bobby said  that "his hair looked like nerve endings" and Wonderful called him "floreyes"

He might have wanted to call him "4 eyes" due to the glasses and all, but since he was sitting on the floor, Floor eyes would be ok too.
