Did ICW fans know that Angelo, Randy and Lanny were all related or did the Poffo family try to maintain that they were not related? Randy Savage used a different surname so I guess they tried to keep the fact that they were all family a secret?

I think in ICW they acknowledged all of them being related, may have even done a few angles based off of it.

Ronnie Garvin revealed it on TV and was attacked by Savage. The clip is on YouTube. It has been up there for a few years.

The miser once did sit ups for the entire show, which really just confirmed what fans already knew.
In 81-82, Ronnie Garvin cut a promo claiming he performed a license plate check on the Miser's car and it was Angelo Poffo. That led to a match and Ronnie took the hood off.
Some of the Miser's promos were hilarious as he talked about life lessons and saving money.

That would be hilarious...did any of the promos suggest that instead of ordering tomato soup at a restaurant, to just order a cup of hot water and then use ketchup packets to mix in, making your own soup?
He sure did; my friends and I referred to that concoction as "Mi$er sup".

When they wrestled in the Maritimes, they were not "family" Poffo Sr wrestled as The Carpetbagger and IIRC gave financial "advice" and declared his wish to be the "richest man in the graveyard"
