This is brought up in this interview, I remember this but only one was missing. Mike Miller and Abbuda Dein were the champs, Mike always wore his and the other was later returned, i heard it ended up in a bar in Coos Bay Or but can't verify this. Anyone remember or heard any stories where the belt ended up for awhile?

Lol, a bar in Coos Bay?  I can picture someone headed out to surf with it.  Lance Von Erich looks legitimately shook over it lol.

Didn't Buddy Rose pitch the old purple NW Belt off a bridge in Portland?

Yep! Off the Fremont Bridge. There was footage of it online, he announced it on TV and the bridge was packed full of people waiting to see him do it, divers went out to find it and it was never found.

I'm guessing this was a copy of the Paul Jones Florida title angle.

Not to get off topic, but which version WWF tag team belt was it? (Mid 80s British Bulldogs belt?)

It was a beat up old dual plated demoliton tag, I used to have a picture of it, the guy who fished it out offerd to sell it to the WWE for 5.000, they said "keep it enjoy".  I think (could be wrong) it was later sold on ebay. Maybe a google search would explain more. I'll try to find the pic.
