I was watching the 1990 horror movie Nightbreed (Great film if you like the work of Clive Barker or horror movies in general) and heard a familiar voice during a scene where Dr. Decker (played by Canadian horror directing legend David Cronenberg) kills a couple in their home. In the scene, the husband is watching a Calgary Flames game (Nightbreed is set in Calgary and much of the movie was filmed in Alberta) and sure enough, Ed Whalen's distinctive pipes can be heard for a few seconds. Thought you Stampede fans might be interested in knowing this.
