From my buddy Ed Harrison, who was at the card. Apparently, they drew a good crowd. Promoter Terry Landel did the old "bait & switch" routine--there were 4 no-shows--Bob & Brad Armstrong, Tony Atlas, & Robert Fuller. The first match saw 2 of Landel's indy crew put on a decent match. Next bout saw Rock N'Roll Robert Gibson defeat "Nature Boy" Paul Lee- A "Legend"(in Lee's own mind) from Ringgold, Ga.. Thirdbout had Ron Garvin lose to Bob Orton Jr.(who had Terry Landel as his manager, Terry in a cage). Landel dropped something to Orton Jr., who used it to defeat Garvin. After the match, Garvin did the Garvin stomp on Landel.
The main event was heels Jimmy Golden & Tommy Rich losing to Dutch Mantell& Marcus Bagwell. Main event was supposed to of been the Armstrongs (Bob & Brad) vs. Robert Fuller & Golden. Oh well.
Veteran east Tenn. Legend Ron Wright was also there. As was veteran ref Mac McFarland.Ed sent me some photos from the card--thanks Ed--and hopefully Ed, or Teddy Baker (southeasternfan on here, he was at the card, too) will post photos here on KM soon.

Mac McMurray... Lets just say it was not much of a card and leave it at that and let it slowly die from my memory. I did take some pics for you Tojo and got to talk with Dutch for a few minutes and get some pics with him after the show.

Sorry it wasn't better, buddy. Wish that I could of come, but, considering everything, I guess it was just as well that I missed it. I'll be calling you soon. Take care.
