I thought is was sad, I was a big fan of Chris and it was shocking that he was so violent when drinking and it cost him his life.

So much of the video showed Chris as a bully, alcoholic, drug user, etc. I think he was one of the top 10 wrestlers in wrestling from 1983 - 1986. If Gino does not die, I wonder how things play out with Chris. He was one of my favorites from late April 1983 - late July 1986

Yeah, one of the best wrestlers of that 1983-1986 stretch.  Apparently, a completely different person when drinking.  I've certainly seen that before.  We missed out on a great Gino vs. Chris extended feud and possibly Gino and Chris vs. The Freebirds in the UWF.  I wonder if a change of scenery (away from Texas) would have done Adams any good.  Maybe not the same level of success professionally, but maybe personally.

heard from sources that Gino vs Chris was booked semi final for Parade of Champions 1986

Dynamic Duo vs Birds would have been great in UWF

Chris definitely had a Jekyll and Hyde personality. The alcohol just made it that much worse. Being a professional wrestler didn't help him, with alcohol and drugs so readily available. I wish Chris could've gotten some real help for his issues, he might have been alive today.  I'd like to think that today someone with the same issues as Chris would be able to get treatment for those issues and become alcohol free.On a more positive note, it seemed like Chris truly loved his kids. It's sad that he didn't get to watch them grow up.

His daughter was 19 years old when he passed away. His son much younger. Think he had a third child but it was not mentioned in the show.

He had lustful eyes in LA in late 1981 as his wife was pregnant and on the beach. He got into drugs and alcohol heavily in Dallas/Fort Worth. He may have drank and used drugs in LA and Portland but his problems started in summer 1986,
