Because the details of a business relationship is not everyone's business. He mentioned it on The Jim Cornette Experience last Friday. He went into more detail about Arezzi than Ron. Ron has not given any details either but Arezzi did on his facebook "show"

I don't know the details and can only speculate, but Ron had a radio buddy that used to do the studcast promos. He may be taking over the producer role. If it will be independently distributed or not, I don't know.

The catalyst for Arezzi was he was talking with others outside of Arcadian Vanguard with a party that Brian warned him about several months ago. John says these are non-wrestling projects, but though they remain friends a trust has been broken. As for Fuller, perhaps Ron's entrepeneurism got the better of him and he was looking for others partners. That part is speculation. As for the Arezzi stuff that's all from both Brian's and John's explanations on the shows I noted above.
