Speaking on Howard Stern, how much of the interaction between the Iron Sheik and the phony phone calls is a work ?  Maybe when Sheik was first on the show, he might have believed those were the real wrestlers.  But now, Sheik must have caught on by now that those are people in the studio making jokes. He may just be getting all fired up just to make an entertaining segment for the show.

"Quick follow up- Artie or Jackie?"

Hands down, no contest, end of story...Jackie.  Period.  The show has never been the same.

I'm sure Eric has clued him into the joke.

Favorite show?  I don't know if there's only one, but I can say that I have rewatched only a few after release.  Timeline 77/78 with Billy Graham is one of them.  Inside the Office with Rene Goulet, the investigative special, is another.  The Ring Roasts have good replay value for me.  They're ALL wonderful, of course!

Fortunately we haven't had any programs that I'd consider "bad."  But I do wish Mike Graham would have been able to do the booking exercise in Guest Booker with Mike Graham.

Sean,

being a aspiring actor in the NYC metropolitan area, their is a certain rite of passage.  It being reading for a role on one of the many "Law and Order" shows

How close have you come to this rite of passage?

You're absolutely right.  Every NY actor has been on a Law and Order.  I was the court clerk for a few episodes, reading the charges at the beginning of the case.

I have a question about the F,Marry,Kill tradition on the Youshoots. Was that idea taken from the Step Brothers movie ?

Legends of the Ring in New Jersey.  When we were looking to partner with a convention for Ring Roasts and YouShoot Live, we chose them because they are the best.  Hands down.  Their guests are always top notch, and more importantly, they can run a business.  The fans love the guys that run it (Terence and James) b/c they are straight shooters and put on a great show.

The LOTR events are always at luxurious hotels, with plenty of space and the accomodations are made affordable b/c they work hard to ensure the event is accessible to everyone.

Come join us at the Crowne Plaza for Ring Roasts on October 15, then the LOTR convention the next day.  Anyone on this board can attest to the fact that it's a weekend of fun.

another hypothetical-

say you do a YouShoot with Bruno Sammartino.

Bruno is not only one of the most Iconic World Champions in the history of this Sport but is a man of GREAT dignity.

So, you are doing the interview with Bruno and a "F, Marry, Kill" question comes up

Would it be very difficult for you to ask this question given the great dignity of the man you're asking it to?

Hell, does this question even make it to the interview?

Bruno would not be good for a youshoot. Youshoots are for people who are controversial and won't be ashamed to answer anything. That's not Bruno.

it's a hypothetical question that has LESS to do with "Bruno" and more to do with (again) "the line" and where it is drawn

...also, i want to know if sean would have the guts to tell a man who was world champ for like 20 years if he would rather "F" Mae Young or "Kill" Mrs. Baba
