Turkey day Turmoil
Superstar Billy Graham beat Wilbur Snyder.
Hulk Hogan fought Jesse Ventura to a double DQ.

Andre The Giant won a "Battle Royal" that also included Hulk Hogan, Nick Bockwinkle, Adrian Adonis, Ken Patera, Baron Von Raschke, Ray Stevens, Jerry Blackwell, Bobby Duncum, Larry Hennig, Bobby Heenan, Sgt. Jacques Goulet, Brad Rheingans, Otto Wanz, Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie, Jim Brunzell, Greg Gagne & Buck Zumhoffe.

That has to be a compilation and not a complete card.

Verne beat Nick for the title at Comiskey on 7/18/80 (I was there).
Hogan left the AWA (1983) before the Road Warriors arrived (1984).
Superstar v. Snyder was probably from the 70s.
The battle royal looks like it was from around 1982.

I think it was a viewer's choice type of thing but not a PPV  seems like it was presented by one of the PPV channels,

I just looked at my copy, it was a direct ticket event, not a super card promoted by the AWA. Gene Okerlund hosted the program, "Classic Wrestling" was the promoter of the PPV special, which I believe was the name the Gagne's used to promote other AWA classic specials.

Yes it aired on DirecTV. There probably are a few threads about it on the old KM Board (ezboard).

On my program for the Chicago card I have Snyder and Graham going to a DCOR with both fighting it out on the ring apron.

Superstar Billy Graham beat Wilbur Snyder.
10/31/73 Chicago, IL @ International Amphitheatre
Superstar Billy Graham no contest Wilbur Snyder
**only date I found that the two faced each other so I may have mssed one, or the result is wrong.

Hulk Hogan fought Jesse Ventura to a double DQ.
12/25/82 St. Paul, MN @ Civic Center
Hulk Hogan ddq Jesse Ventura

The High Flyers beat AWA World Tag Team Champions The Road Warriors via DQ.
it's one of these two:
2/7/85 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada @ Arena
Greg Gagne & Jim Brunzell beat AWA Tag Team Champions Road Warriors dq
3/28/85 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada @ Arena
Greg Gagne & Jim Brunzell beat AWA Tag Team Champions Road Warriors dq

Verne Gagne beat Nick Bockwinkle via submission to win the AWA World Title.
Title change at Comiskey park as previously noted.

Andre The Giant won a "Battle Royal" that also included Hulk Hogan, Nick Bockwinkle, Adrian Adonis, Ken Patera, Baron Von Raschke, Ray Stevens, Jerry Blackwell, Bobby Duncum, Larry Hennig, Bobby Heenan, Sgt. Jacques Goulet, Brad Rheingans, Otto Wanz, Sheik Adnan Al-Kassie, Jim Brunzell, Greg Gagne & Buck Zumhoffe.
Could be either of these two..can't remember who Andre eliminated at the end offhand:
10/22/81 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada @ Arena
Andre the Giant won a 16-man Battle royal by eliminating Ken Patera
10/21/82 Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada @ Arena
Andre The Giant won battle royal
(Think it's the 1981 show).

Right you are, Ken!

Pretty sure it was 1982 Kev. Martel was scheduled for the battle royal but did not appear.Don't think Wanz was around in 1981.
