As we know by now Billy recently passed away. I must say he was one of my first favourite wrestlers. He had me hooked because of his unusual style and moves in the ring.
I mentioned this story before when I first found this website but I will bring it up again.
When MLG had the AWA Billy (face) was fighting Mosca (heel). After the match Billy took the mike and said there was a person @ ringside calling him limey throughout the match. Billy dared him to come into the ring. The punk kid made his way to the ring when Norm Kimber grabbed the mike and said that Frank Tunney and MLG will not be held responsible. Billy beat the crap out of the guy. Dewey came to the ring to pull Billy off the guy and settle him down.

Would have loved being there for that one. Stupid, stupid fan. Didn't know when to slink away. If you're going to get in the ring, not Billy...lol

In the 60s and 70s pro wrestlers would beat up fans that challenged them. It continued into the 80s until the John Stossel incident
