Where was Grand Prix running on Cape Breton Island? Just Sydney, or would smaller communities also get shows?

North Sydney (my hometown) was the primary stop in Cape Breton for promotions for decades, with the North Sydney Forum being a good venue for shows during the seasonal model. I've seen records for the town going back to 1904 (well before the Forum would have been around).
I seem to recall that in the last year or so of promoting before the late 90s resurgence, around 1990, that their t.v. shows would run promos for Whycocomaugh, a First Nation about 45 minutes from North Sydney. And I also seem to recall promos for Dingwall, in northern Cape Breton.
