The "We don't wanna hear it" incident I best remember is when fans would chant it constantly when Ole Anderson cut a promo. Inevitably, he'd always yell back at the the, "Well, you're gonna hear it whether you like it or not. SO SHUT UP!!!!"
Of course the classic "Egg suckin' dog" was brought up, but a couple of more come to mind.
During Austin Idol's feud with Baron Von Raschke, he began referring to Der Baron as "Baron Von Onionhead," and the fans would chant "Onionhead" over and over again when Der Baron would make an appearance.
Then, there was a chant that always seemed to appear whenever a heel cut a promo shortly after getting his come-uppance during a show at the Omni or the City Auditorium. It went, "You got what you deserve!!!!" (CLAP) "You got what you deserve!!!!" (CLAP), etc.
And, of course, being a huge Mr. Wrestling II fan, I'd be remiss if I didn't bring up..."II, II, II, II."

In several of Wrestling II's matches, you could hear the crowd in the background chanting,
"Fired Up, Number Two, Fired Up, Hey!"
To which Gordon would respond,
"Crowd picking up the chant, 'Fight Up, Wresting II, Fight Up'"
