He was the Southern Heavyweight Champion from October 31, 1982 - November 22, 1982 when he dropped the title to Kevin Sullivan in West Palm Beach, FL.

He was the US Tag Team Champion with Blackjack Mulligan from November 5, 1983 - November 30, 1983 when they lost the titles in Tampa to Ron Bass and the One Man Gang.

However, the last title he held in CWF before jumping ship to JCP was the Bahamian Title. He won it in July 1983 from Angelo Mosca and the belt was vacated when he left CWF for JCP in the fall of 1984.

Would like to have seen how him and Lawler worked together. I wonder what the promos were like. Hope some footage turns up one day

It's my understanding Rhodes and Sullivan did good business but the crowds were not like the 70's heyday. Anyone on here attend any of those shows
Hell Hammer - July 26th, 2015 18:40 GMT

I'm curious about what the difference was between the Kharma & Molokai gimmicks that Gene Lewis portrayed within the same timeframe....Does anybody know?
