Monsoon was running the show in the back so he was busy at tv.
However Monsoon was the set up guy to beat on the way to a championship match in the 70s, so he should have booked himself a little more frequently.  
Funny when he is wrestling Scicluna during the Ali skit, he chops Scicluna, Scicluna freezes for a second and throws himself over the top rope.
