When were ringside photographers (Bill Apter, Paul Heyman, George Napolitano, and Frank Amato) not allowed to be at ringside to take photos at MSG?

I know VJM bought out his Dad in early June 1982. I know he launched Victory Magazine in March 1983

Hamburg, PA Fieldhouse March 9, 1983
All Star Wrestling taping
3/26/83 Jeff Walton, of Victory Magazine, as guest of Buddy Rogers on Rogers Corner, promoting new magazine that would be debuting soon

Please share when you think that VJM replaced the above mentioned photographers with Titan Sports photographers at MSG. Thanks!

Apter talked about it in his book and said which month it was in 1983.

I want to say May was the last month they were there.

Apter came full circle.
He writes in his book how Willie Gilzenberg called Stanley Weston publisher of The Wrestler and said he must have a photographer at ringside Monday nite at the Garden. That photographer was Apter just starting his career. That was Jan 18 1971 the nite Koloff won the title.
Apter wrote about shooting pictures from the stands after being barred from ringside
1983 Apter wrote about meeting VJM at the NWA convention and McMahon chastised him for writing about VKM expansion plans which VJM denied.
There was friction before barring the photographers.

McMahon should have bought  the Apter mags, Wrestling Revue ect.. to stop the competitions publicity

That is cool that Apter took photos from the stands after being barred from ringside.

Apters book is good.

Bill was in the right place at the right time.

Who were the photographers at MSG from February 1968 - December 1970 prior to Bill's arrival in January 1971?

How much would it have cost VKM to buy the Apter Mags, Wrestling Revue in 1983? Probably less than what it cost him to buy Los Angeles, Atlanta and Calgary promotions in 1983 and 1984.

Be glad that he didn't because then he would have made it an all WWF magazine and buried any mention of any other promotions.

Apter still covered a lot of WWF angles in the mags in the mid and late 80s after the launch of Victory Magazine
