Interesting thread. I have actually been wondering if KC is doing the research for Conrad's podcasts. He has referenced things from KC shoots before on the podcast, and the way he structures them are very timeline-esque, and there's no WAY he himself has the time to compile those timelines, do the research and prep, AND create the actual podcasts each week, AND run his mortgage company as well - there's just no way, he has to have some help. So when you also notice that right around the time his podcasts got big, KC seems to have gone quiet, it kinda just leads you to that natural conclusion. Sure, they could be related without actually being affiliated - the rise in Conrad's podcasts making it so there's less interest in KC stuff, but if I had to bet I'd guess that there is a relationship there.
