Topics: 2521 Replies: 17960 Member Post: #1076612 PT: #1/17	Recall from 1987-1993 Titan Sports had Update with Mean Gene Okerlund on Superstars of Wrestling and Special Report with Lord Alfred Hays on Wrestling Challenge. Why two different segments? Why not show update on Wrestling Challenge?

Topics: 10 Replies: 597 Member Post: #1076623 PT: #2/17	They were different shows so two different segments. And before there was Special Report on Challenge there was Wrestler's Rebuttal. And Special Report ended on the June 5, 1994 episode. By then it wasn't on every week's show.

Wait..what?? George Steele on commentary?? Was it a comedy deal?

I guess they wanted to emphasis that they were 2 different shows so they wanted 2 different, independent segments for both shows.

So which Update did All American Wrestling and Prime Time Wrestling normally get for those who watched WWF on cable?


Never will ever top meeting and getting Hot Stuff Eddie Gilbert autograph at a Memphis Wrestling spot show in 1993 after he bad mouthed and threaten to kick Billy Joe Travis butt while Billy Joe was signing pictures.
