Good point about the lynching of Lord alfred, that cars were just driving by in the background without a care in the world while a literal lynching was going on in front of them

I don't know when he debuted the laugh....but I know he did it constantly during the bastion booger era when booger would fart and when the skid marks appeared on his tights....vince seemed to enjoy toilet humor....just a playful kid at heart

Lots of successful people I know enjoy toilet humor. I know someone who worked at a business where the President was worth hundreds of millions of dollars and told all sorts of bathroom and toilet jokes

Look at Seth McFarland, he is obsessed with toilet humor. Most of the jokes on Family Guy revolve around farting.
