Wondering if he is one and the same as Benny Huizar? Anyone know anything?

I have no idea who Benny Huizar was. I never heard of him. Billy Kulzer appeared in L.A. from the late 60's to the early 70's. He was the ultimate scientific good guy face. He faced all the despised heels during prelims on the Wednesday night TV shows. The only time he won a match was when the heel was disqualified and Kulzer was headed up the aisle on a stretcher.
Kulzer was around 200 lbs. (if that), had a decent build and had light brown-blond hair. He always displayed great scientific moves until the heel poked him in the eyes and then destroyed him.
