Has JJ Dillon actually posted here since this board was made? I haven't seen him reply to anything.

He's been here and posted.  I believe he's been on a trip for a bit so I'm not sure when he last looked at the forum.  here's one of his posts:

I can't speak for anyone else, but JJ sent a message to my inbox in response to the post I made here a while back.  I'm not ashamed to admit that even at 35 years old I was like a child on Christmas morning when I saw JJ's name in my inbox.

Listening to his interview with Gary Cubeta, he sounds like one of the nicest, most well-spoken and analytical men in the business.

Bobby Heenan on Wrestling's Audience: "People would come to me all the time and say, Oh, well, you're in wrestling?  Oh, I never watched that stuff.  By the way, whatever happened to Haystacks Calhoun?"

It says a lot for JJ that he was the spokesman for a group of guys who didn't need a spokesman since they were all excellent interviews. He added so much to the whole 4 Horsemen package and all future versions of the Horsemen suffered just as much if not more for not having JJ as they did not having Tully.

Not to slight JJ's career before the Horsemen, though. I was only exposed to his Memphis work before that, but his feud with Jerry Lawler and Jimmy Hart (especially considering that for most of it he was just sending in videos) was very good.

i love Mr. Dillon's work that man could heat out of a freezer. Some nights i didn't think him and Tully would make out of the arena alive after beating up dusty LOL!!!!
