I was watching the season finale of Legends House, and Duggan mentions that he was actually married one other time. He was working in Louisiana and his first wife was named Vicky. They ended up getting into a car wreck, caused by a careless driver. He suffered some injures, but his wife suffered more and did not survive. My questions are, when did this happen, and was he out of action for a significant period? I'm curious to find out what his first wife looked like?

Good question. I was not aware of this incident. He and his current wife have been married for 28 years, I believe.

Duggan's current wife is, I believe, the same woman (his then-girlfriend) who was "injured" by Buzz Sawyer in their angle in '85.

She was shown cheering Hacksaw on an episode of NItro about 15 years later--she looked way better, IMO. Lost the 80's hairstyle.
