Quoted from: clawmaster, August 15th, 2014 02:53 GMT10/12/80 Detroit, MI @ Cobo Arena
The Sheik beat Bob White (sub Bobo Brazil)
WWF Champion Bob Backlund ddq Ken Patera
Bob Backlund & Andre the Giant beat The Samoans 2/3
Don Kent beat Mighty Igor COR
Davidson Brothers beat Bobby Colt & John Boy Ruffin Malcom Monroe beat Rick Bolton
This was the last run in Detroit at Cobo Arena. He tried to keep going in a few other places (Flint, Saginaw ) but it didn't work an by 1981, 82 at the latest Farhat was basically a gun for hire U.S. Champion for life where ever he went.
Of course....begs the question no one will ever be able to answer.....last show in Detroit and a loaded card with Andre, Backlund, Igor, Patera, Kent, Bobby Colt......and Sheik's last opponent is Bob White.
You have got to be sh*tting me

A strange card indeed not only with the squash match main event but WWF champ Backlund doing double duty in 2 big matches.

Wow, would have thought they would have used Patera or Igor in main. Is this the match Bobo had enough or was it legit miss.
