For those of you who were living in CT/NJ/PA in the mid 80s what did you guys think of JCP coming to the area?
I attended the cards in bold below. Really enjoyed all of them. It was fun to see a non WWF house show as I had seen a lot of them in the early to mid 80s in NJ/NY.

I remember going to a Pro Wrestling USA card in New Haven in 1985. I think it was the first of two or three that were held there before the venue reverted to WWF only. Don't remember anything about the card, but the line at the box office was full of knowledgeable wrestling fans talking excitedly about getting to see NWA and AWA talent.
